The Barbara Walters Book Tour

Like it or not Barbara Walters is about to arrive on a TV screen near year touting her new autobiography. I was hoping to avoid the lispian TV newswoman altogether but I've already been blindsided. In a nauseating early revelation, Barbara Wa-Wa tells us she had an affair with former Massachusetts Senator Ed Brooke back in the 70's. Not only am I profoundly disappointed the married Senator would be sharpening his pencil with the ambitious Walters, I actually knew Sen. Brooke back then and have a fabulous photo with him. I was running for office in Massachusetts and Brooke endorsed me and appeared at a couple of fundraisers for me. Why Babs thinks the world needs to hear this now escapes me. Ugh!
