Here's my favorite story of the morning. It appears a 21 year-old Fort Worth, Texas man named Charles Ray Fuller (how did I know he'd have a hokey middle name) has been arrested for attempting to cash a check for $360 billion. According to police reports Mr. Fuller claimed his girlfriends mother had given him the check to start a record company. The police went on to say "tellers were immediately suspicious." Sign them up for a guest shot on Walker Texas Ranger. And how's this for a stunner? Old Charles Ray had 2 ounces of pot on him when arrested!
